My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I even had a big balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the view. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the Argentine young boy, Zuan. The location was great for exploring both the city center and the lake, although the timing of closing and opening was not ideal. The simple continental breakfast was sufficient, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.
